Improving the Criteria for Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease, Arterial Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes with Post-Covid Syndrome in Primary Care Health

Abstract
In the article, the authors assess the clinical significance of indicators characterizing the state of adaptation mechanisms and rehabilitation potential in patients with coronary heart disease, complicated arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the process of rehabilitation treatment with post-Covid syndrome in primary healthcare. Medical rehabilitation includes treatment aimed at increasing functional reserves, compensation or restoration of impaired functions, secondary prevention of diseases and their complications, and the return of limited capacity against the background of partial health insufficiency. The study included 150 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus who were examined at the Bukhara Regional Cardiology Endocrinology Dispensary and observed in primary care from 2019 to 2023.
