Abstract

This paper explores the effects of capacity building programs on school administrators and teachers in Nigerian schools. The research methodology includes content analysis and reviewing of secondary data in capacity building initiatives. Results indicate a significant improvement in knowledge, skills, and confidence among school administrators and teachers after participating in capacity building programs. Furthermore, the study suggests that capacity building can lead to a more efficient and effective educational system in Nigeria. These findings have implications for policy makers, school administrators, and educators in developing and implementing effective capacity building programs in Nigerian schools.
