Abstract

This article explores the importance and effectiveness of the reflective approach in shaping assessment competencies among prospective primary school teachers. The research emphasizes that the development of evaluation skills is a critical aspect of professional teacher training, particularly in the context of modern educational requirements. Through reflective methods such as self-assessment, peer assessment, and feedback analysis, future teachers are able to better understand their pedagogical decisions, identify areas for improvement, and cultivate a deeper sense of professional responsibility. The study analyzes practical strategies and didactic mechanisms that contribute to enhancing reflective thinking as a key driver of assessment literacy.
