Abstract

This paper explores the challenges and strategies for developing the legal culture of youth in the context of contemporary societal transformations. Legal culture, as a vital aspect of social development, plays a crucial role in fostering civic responsibility, adherence to laws, and active participation in democratic processes. The study examines key barriers to cultivating a legal culture among youth, such as insufficient legal education, lack of awareness about rights and obligations, and social and technological influences. Emphasis is placed on the role of education systems, family upbringing, and community initiatives in addressing these challenges. The paper concludes by presenting practical recommendations for improving legal awareness and embedding legal values within youth culture to ensure sustainable societal development.
