Organizing Independent Education in Higher Education Based on Modern Information and Communication Technologies

Abstract

In today’s world, globalization, by its very nature, demands that countries go beyond their local boundaries and achieve mutual cooperation and integration with the global community. Traditional higher education, based on conventional ideas and perspectives, has primarily focused on meeting the needs of developed countries, partially allied nations, and developing states in terms of supplying skilled personnel for various sectors of the economy, management processes, production, and service industries. This has led to the formation of a unique educational system aimed at addressing these challenges.
