Abstract

Mechanisms have been introduced into the educational process that ensure the interdependence and coherence of training and education, the expansion of pedagogical and psychological capabilities of spiritual and moral competence in the training of teaching staff. As part of the improvement of professional and pedagogical activity in higher education institutions, scientific research is conducted on the formation of spiritual and moral qualities of future teachers, the introduction of a system for their diagnostics, and ensuring their consistent compliance with spiritual and moral qualities.
