Problems of Decision Making in Management Psychology

Abstract

This article analyzes the problems of decision-making in management psychology as an important professional competence of a leader in the management process. In the article, the individual-psychological characteristics of management decision-making were researched, the psychological aspects of decision-making, the scientific-theoretical basis were analyzed, and appropriate conclusions were drawn. The article analyzes the socio-psychological research of our country, the Commonwealth of Independent States and foreign scientists. Conclusions are given based on the analysis.
